How does the ground theory of research compare with traditional research
baherus [9]
The correction option is A.
The grounded theory of research is a systematic methodology that is used in social science, it involves the development of theory via gathering of data and analyzing them. A researcher who is using grounded theory will start by asking relevant questions and by collecting the correct type of qualitative data. Through this, the researcher can develop a new concept that will be a basis for a new theory.
For the traditional research, the researcher only has to choose an existing theoretical framework and then collect relevant data in order to investigate how the theory apply to the phenomenon he is studying. <span />
