Answer:

it is a physical change

Explanation:

you aren't adding nothing to the egg it is only changing the looks from it you are not adding anything to make it go through a chemical change

Cooking an egg is a chemical change because chemical bonds are broken and new ones are made.. Also, you cannot reverse the process because some substances in the egg are permanently changed.

You are presented with several wires made of the same conducting material. The radius and drift speed are given for each wire in
jekas [21]

\begin{array}{ccc}&\text{Radius} & \text{Drift Speed}\\d) & 2 \; r &2.5 \; v\\a) & 3 \; r &1 \; v\\b) & 4 \; r &0.5 \; v\\c) & 1 \; r &5 \; v\\\end{array}

<h3>Explanation</h3>

I = v \cdot A \cdot n \cdot q,

where

  • I is the current;
  • v is the drift speed;
  • A is the cross-section area of the wire,
  • n is the number of charge carrier per unit volume, and
  • q is the charge on each charge carrier.

Area of a circular cross-section:

A = \pi \cdot r^{2},

where

  • r is the radius of the wire.

n and q are the same for all four samples, for they are made out of the same material.

As a result, I of each wire is directly proportional to v \cdot r^{2} where the value of \pi \cdot n \cdot q is constant.

For each of the four wires:

\begin{array}{ccc|c}\\& r & v &I \propto v\cdot r^{2}\\a) & 3 & 1 & 9\\b) & 4 & 0.5 & 8\\c) & 1 & 5 & 5\\d) & 2 & 2.5 & 10\\\end{array}.

How do the four wires rank by their current?

d > a > b > c.

A low orbit satellite at 100 km altitude had a camera that resolved a car location to within 0.3 meter. Find the minimum diamete
NeX [460]

Answer:

Minimum diameter of the camera lens is 22.4 cm

The focal length of the camera's lens is 300cm

Explanation:

y = Resolve distance = 0.3 m

h = Height of satellite = 100 km

λ = Wavelength = 550 nm

Angular resolution

tan\theta\approx \theta =\frac{y}{h}\\\Rightarrow \theta=\frac{0.3}{100\times 10^3}=3\times 10^{-6}

From Rayleigh criteria

sin\theta=1.22\frac{\lambda}{D}\\\Rightarrow D=1.22\frac{\lambda}{sin\theta}\\\Rightarrow D=1.22\frac{550\times 10^{-9}}{sin3\times 10^{-6}}=0.2236\ m=22.4\ cm

Minimum diameter of the camera lens is 22.4 cm

Relation between resolvable feature, focal length and angular resolution

d=f\Delta \theta\\\Rightarrow f=\frac{d}{\Delta \theta}\\\Rightarrow f=\frac{9\times 10^{-6}}{3\times 10^{-6}}=3\ m=300\ cm

The focal length of the camera's lens is 300cm

Now consider a wave which is paired with seven other waves into seven pairs. The two waves in each pairing are identical, except
Nikitich [7]

Answer:

<em>BCEG,ADF</em>

Explanation:

Between 2 waves, if path difference is mλ, m is an integer and they interfere constructively.

Between 2 waves, if path difference is (m+1/2)λ, m is an integer and they interfere destructively.

<em>BCEG,ADF</em>

Consider a ball rolling down the decreasing slope inside a semicircular bowl (the slope is steep at the top rim, gets less steep
satela [25.4K]
The answer would be:
<span>It's rate of gaining speed decreases.
The rate at which speed changes is called acceleration,
You can think of this problem as an inclined plane. But the angle of an inclined plane is constantly decreasing.
We know that on a frictionless inclined plane acceleration of an object is:
</span>a=gsin(\theta)
<span>Where g is the gravitational acceleration of the Earth and \theta is the angle of an inclined plane.
Using our analogy, the ball would start on an inclined plane with a 90-degree angle and that angle would continue to decrease to zero.
The sine function is 1 at 90 degrees and is equal to zero at 0 degrees. Since our acceleration is proportional to the sine, and sine function is decreasing with the angle, our acceleration is also decreasing.

In the sport of parasailing, a person is attached to a rope being pulled by a boat while hanging from a parachute-like sail. A r
Illusion [34]

Answer:

the weight of the rider is 493.53 N

Explanation:

Given the data in the question and as illustrated in the image below,

Tension T = 1900 N

the rider is moving at a constant speed so the net force in the horizontal direction will be 0

In the horizontal direction

F_{sailcos( 30° ) = Tcos ( 17° )

F_{sail = Tcos( 17° ) / cos( 30° )

F_{sail = 1900cos( 17° ) / cos( 30° )

F_{sail = 2098.07 N

Now, In the vertical direction,

F_{sail sin( 30° ) = W + T sin( 17° )

W = F_{sail sin( 30° ) - T sin( 17° )

W = 2098.07sin( 30° ) - 1900sin( 17° )

W = 1049.035 - 555.506

W = 493.53 N

Therefore, the weight of the rider is 493.53 N
