Even the most well designed exercise programs will not work everyone. Each person functions and operates differently from one another. So in order to design an exercise program that is perfect for everyone you would have to be willing to change or adapt things as different people join the program. Although most of the things being done will be the same within the program itself it will have to be altered to meet the needs of varying participants.

Hippocrates, who admonished physicians to first, do no harm, also stated, in abundance, there is lack. interpret the latter in r
Allushta [10]

The phrase "for in abundance, there is lack" means that still, with all the help that you can get, you will never have enough. In relation to the American healthcare system, it seems that albeit the lowered cost of health care and improved services through technology and integration it seems that a lot of Americans are still dissatisfied with the current system. Unlike other countries, the United States has alloted much of its budget on the healthcare system. Patients have been diagnosed and treated sometimes by multiple physicians at a time so as to provide the most accurate care. However, even with all these help and assistance, it seems that it will never be enough and always lacking for some.

1. How do you think stress affects personal health, family health, and community health?
andreyandreev [35.5K]

Answer:

1. Stress usually affects attitude and actions. When your stressed you sometimes you do things that you wouldn't usually do that could be a negative effect. You could say something to your family, friends, patients, that you shouldn't say.

2. Positive stress is stress from happy things like planning for a wedding, traveling to a country you always wanted to go, and a pregnancy. Negative stress is the overwhelming of productivity and situations. Like health problems and exhaustion.

3. I would think that negative stress is more prevalent in our society because everyone is always so busy. Not a lot of people have time to do things for fun. Everyone stresses about going to work or school.
