First I would try to explain to her how bad using drugs could be and try to tell her all the bad things that come with taking it.

Next I would tell her that I think she should seek help and try to refer her to someone that can help.

Lastly I would Just try to be there for her just help her through this and not just abandon her and let her continue taking drugs.
