For example, let's say you take you child to the hospital for immunization . Prior to the immunization, the doctor presses a buzzer to call his nursing staff for assistant  required for giving the vaccine. In this case, the sound of the buzzer is the neutral stimulus because it doesn't produce any response from the child.
