What is Muscular Strength and Body Composition?
MissTica

Answer:

Muscular Strength: Muscular strength refers to the amount of force a muscle can produce with a single maximal effort. The size of your muscle fibers and the ability of nerves to activate muscle fibers are related to muscle strength. It is measured during muscular contraction. Building muscle strength helps with body alignment, makes performing everyday actions easier, and increases metabolism.

Body composition: Body composition is a method of breaking down the body into its core components: fat, protein, minerals, and body water. It describes your weight more accurately and provides a better glimpse into your overall health than traditional methods. Body composition analysis can accurately show changes in fat mass, muscle mass, and body fat percentage.

Three aspects of effective communication
kodGreya [7K]
1) Is verbal communications, because then you can help someone understand what you're trying to express if you have previously used body language facial expressions etc. and it didn't work, or they didn't get the correct message.
2)Another one would be using non-verbal communications, but as I said, it could be difficult for someone to understand what you're trying to say.
3)Listening is also a good one because you want that person to know that you are willing to listen to them, as much as they listen to you. The key to any kind of communication is each person is listening to one another

I hope this helped you out some. :)
