Please explain how to take 224.7 divided by 0.7

The answer is 32.7 and how i did that is u start with the 22 part of the number put 3 on the top for 7 times 3 equal 21 subtract 22 from 21 go over to the 4 drop it down do 7 times 2 equal 14 then equal zero then u drop 7 down 7 times 1 that be final so it equal 32.7 i hope this help!!
