Answer:

Atomic mass of N relative to H is 13.9.

In periodic table mass of N is around 14 RAM

Explanation:

1 mol of ammonia has 1 mol of N, and 3 mole of H

NH₃

1 mol of H weighs 1 g, so the mole of H, present in ammonia are:

1.712 g / 1 g/m = 1.712 mole

Since the ratio is 1:3

1.712 mole/3 = 0.57 mole of N are present in the amonia

To calculate the atomic mass of N relative to H, let's consider it as molar weight.

Molar weight = mass / mole

7.933 g / 0.57 mole = 13.9 g/m

Here are approximately 15 milliliters (mL) in 1 tablespoon (tbsp).
jolli1 [7]
If there are 15 mL in 1 tablespoon, then 3 tablespoons should have triple the volume as originally stated.
Note in all of the four choices, the units simplify to mL because tbsp x ml/tbsp = mL (tbsp/tbsp = 1)
The second and third choice give ultimately the same, incorrect value. The fourth option gives an incorrect fraction - there are not 15 mL for every tablespoon. The correct answer is 1 tbsp x 15mL/3tbsp

zhuklara [117]
LiAlH₄ is used as strong reducing agent. The hydride produced acts as a nucleophile and attacks the electrophillic carbon of carbonyl group. In given example two reactions are observed.

Reaction 1:
In first step LiAlH₄ when treated with Ester produces corresponding Aldehyde and alcohol.

Reaction 2:
This aldehyde produced further reacts with LiAlH₄ to give a reduced product (Alcohols). In this case Butanol is produced.

The reaction schemes are shown as felow,

How many atoms are in 9.008 mol of Carbon? 0.7500 atoms 1.332 atoms 5.423 x 10^24 atoms 1.496 x 10^ -23 atoms
Zanzabum

The number of atoms that are in 9.008 moles of carbon is

5.423 x 10^24 atoms

calculation

The number of atoms is calculated using the Avogadro's constant

That is According to Avogadro's 1 moles = 6.02 x 10^23 atoms

                                                         9.008 moles= ? atoms

by cross multiplication

= [(9.008 moles x 6.02 x 10^23 atoms) / 1 mole] = 5.423 x10^24 atoms
