Why do you think the ideal communication style is assertive communication?
Firlakuza [10]
Assertive communication is ideal because it is the practice of standing up for your views and expressing yourself effectively, while also respecting the other person's views. It's standing for what you believe in and being confident in it even if someone goes against it. Assertive communication can boost self-esteem also because it helps the person be confident in what they think and in that confidence, be able to express themselves better. Being assertive can also get you respect from others because they see that you are confident when you are talking to them and that you also respect what they think instead of thinking that you are self-righteous

And, It's important because you might hurt someone's feelings. Or you can appear to be disrespectful, even if you're not trying to be. Avoid using all caps because apparently that is seen as "yelling." And be sure to use "clean words" refrain from cursing :) obviously.
