Some people just think about sunscreen when spending a day on the lake, the beach or pool. However, sun exposure accumulates every day, and every time under the sun occurs.

Just stay in the shade is one of the best ways to limit exposure to ultraviolet radiation. Also:
-Use sunscreen!
-Put on a hat!
-Wear sunglasses to protect the eyes and the skin!
<span>Hope this can help you :)
