So cocaine platting out on your dopamine doesn't play out to well. This is basically like getting high or drunk.The effects are lost of control over temper,and sometimes even control over what you do. Because your dopamine  is what neutralizes your body, so if it gets overwhelmed by the cocaine you start to feel sick aswell.
