A 29-year-old G3P0 woman presents for prenatal care at eight weeks gestation. Her two prior pregnancies ended in spontaneous los

ses at 19 and 18 weeks, respectively. Records corroborate the patient’s history of an uncomplicated gestation until the evening of the losses, which is when she experienced a pink-tinged discharge that prompted her to call her obstetrician. In both cases, the obstetrician noted that her cervix had dilated completely with the amnionic sac bulging into the vagina to the level of the introitus. The patient was afebrile without other complaints, and there was no uterine tenderness on exam. She spontaneously delivered the fetus and placenta in both cases. A sonohysterogram confirmed normal uterine anatomy several weeks later. What is the most appropriate next step in the management of this patient?

Health experts say too much screen time can get in the way of a healthy lifestyle. Do you agree? Why?
anygoal [31]
Yes because spending too much time on your phone, laptop, playstation, xbox, etc, can lead to huge amounts of laziness. which can lead to constantly wanting to lay around, or sit around, all day long and not do anything at all besides watch a show or play video games. and if youre on social media too much, a lot of negative energy comes from there and can lead you into an unhealthy mental state.

What is a health risk you have seen in
kupik [55]

Answer:

▪Too much intake of fats and oils.

This will increase the risk of high blood pressure, hardening of the arteries, heart attack and stroke.

▪My solution. Eat a balanced diet as many times as you can because its healthy. All food types (protein, carbohydrates.......) have effects if one of them is taken too much.

▪According to my research (google) it is healthy to take 2 to 3 teaspoons of oil per day ,this will mean that you have taken 1/2 a litre of oil per month.

Hope it helps.☆
