The correct answer is A.

Bulimia nervosa is associated with bingeing and purging which means that people with this eating disorder will eat and eat and eat until they feel sick and then purge what they have eaten by vomiting up their food. In this way they are not actually allowing any of the food they have eaten to digest in their stomach and put on any weight.

Diet- Taking if it helps health problems and/or helps lower weight to a logical or healthy number
Physical activity- Raises heart rate and jump starts cardiovascular systems and pumps blood and oxygen through the body, though too much can harm the body
Recreational drugs- Over the counter drugs and/or black market drugs can be harmful if not taken correctly. Use these drugs for sickness, diets, or sports but use wisely
Sleep- Promotes the body through daily activities and helps the body supply energy. You should get 8-12 hrs of sleep per night

grandymaker [24]

The response identified by the nurse which is unrelated to an extrapyramidal tract effect as a result of the client receiving haloperidol for agitation is referred to as hypertensive crisis.

What is Extrapyramidal tract?

This refers to the region which originates in the brainstem which is an responsible for carrying motor fibres to the spinal cord.

This tract controls the muscular activities in the body such as posture, locomotion etc and isn't related to the circulatory system such as the heart.

This is therefore why response identified by the nurse is unrelated to an extrapyramidal tract effect is hypertensive crisis and is therefore the most appropriate choice.
