Usually, a hospital or clinic will leave questioneirrs for patients to fill out and leave in a sealed box,(supposedly). Its has everything to do with "office politics", truthfully speaking..the clinic or hospital wants positive PR, that makes patients want to go there. Employees have a harsh reality if they are understaffed and they have 2 perform other co-workers duties including their own..
