A well-rounded fitness program would mean there is lots of variability in the program! For example, the whole program wouldn't be just focused on getting abs but maybe also toning legs and arms! Also, a fitness program may have a certain diet involved but you will not eat the same thing every single day! Finally, you may do lots of different things to stay active like swimming, hiking, biking, and other cool things that are different. This would make a well-rounded program!
Hope this helps! Would absolutely love brainliest trying to get to expert today thanks!
The FITT Principle (or formula) is a great way of monitoring your exercise program. The acronym FITT outlines the key components of an effective exercise program, and the initials F, I, T, T, stand for: Frequency, Intensity, Time and Type.
Frequency …refers to the frequency of exercise undertaken or how often you exercise.
Intensity …refers to the intensity of exercise undertaken or how hard you exercise.
Time …refers to the time you spend exercising or how long you exercise for.
Type …refers to the type of exercise undertaken or what kind of exercise you do.
Head - axial
fingers - axial
chest - appendicular
Your bowel movements (poop) are dependent on your food intake, health, and diet. Health affects its viscosity as well as color, and bad health or medical conditions can lead to dark stools.
[Green] may suggest that the intestines didn't break down the chemicals (because of diarrhea), or diet consisting of greens (vegetables).
[Red] stools should be taken with caution, and you should contact your doctor for a check-up.
[Black] stools can be a symptom of a disease, or the side-affect of a medication.
[Yellow] stools may be caused by a lack of bile salts( I'm not that sure, go on google if you are confused)
