Answer:  8,400,802

In standard form,
7 million = 7,000,000

14 hundred thousand = 1400,000 = 1,400,000
This equal to 1 million, 400 thousand.

8 hundred = 800

2 ones = 2 or  002

Therefore,
7 million 14 hundred thousand 8 hundred 2 ones is equal to
   7,000,000
+ 1,400,000
+           800
+                2
   ----------------
= 8,400,802

Note that commas are used to separate hundreds, thousands, and millions.
