Specific, remember that the more specific you are, the more likely you are to achieve your goal.

Measurable, set a time, distance or other way to track your progress.

Attainable, to ensure you are setting a goal that is attainable, it is important to develop the necessary attitude and determination that you can do this.

Realistic, it is important to believe that you can do what you set your mind to, but it is also important to assess where you are starting and what is appropriate for you at that time

Timely if you don't set a realistic time frame, chances are you won't make much progress.

Hope this helps!!!

Which is the best way to pay for an online purchase?
tino4ka555 [31]
Not sure how this has to do with Health but my answer would be to not buy things online at all. Nowadays it's EXTREMELY easy to get robbed of your money, by people that live across the world. Your bank account can easily be accessed through a phone, computer, gaming system, credit/debit card, check book, etc. I covered things both online and off. Stay safe!

Why is walking away a refusal skill that doesn't always work
masya89 [10]
Walking away is a refusal skill that does not always work because by doing so you are often simply avoiding the problem. If you deal with the problem instead of walking away (ex. talk through it, sort through problems), you are dealing with the situation instead of just avoiding the situation as you would by walking away.
