Have friends with you or do it with someone you know, like family or friends to help keep you motivated and more fun. Try to make incentives for yourself, and make goals. Sometimes working out can be hard, tiring, and difficult, which can make things a bit easier to lose motivation. Try listening to music you like, or do it somewhere fun, like the beach, or the forest, by a lake, wherever you feel comfortable.
