Your answer is 14.13.
Heres how I got it:
First, the formula for area of a semi circle is 3.14 x r^2 and divide by two.
To find the radius, we need to divide the diameter by two, which is 3.
Now, lets plug in our numbers.
3.14 x 3^2/2
3.14 x 9/2
28.26/2
A=14.13

Area of circle = pi (d/2)^2
area of semi-circle =0.5* pi (d/2)^2
                             =0.5* pi (6/2)^2
                             =14.14

the perimeter of a rectangle is 60 meters. if the length of the rectangle is 14 meters. what is the width of the rectangle.,
Ray Of Light [21]
Perimeter is 2width+2length
Therefore since you already know that the perimeter is 60 and the length is 14 you can set up the equation;
60= 2w+14
with this you then need to find w so;
60=2w+14
-14     -14
46=2w
(46/2)=(2w/2)
13=w
The width is 13

ira [324]

Answer:

The maximum value of the confidence interval for this set of survey results is 51.73%.

Step-by-step explanation:

A confidence interval has two bounds, a lower bound and an upper bound.

These bounds depend on the sample proportion and on the margin of error.

The lower bound is the sample proportion subtracted by the margin of error.

The upper bound is the margin of error added to the sample proportion.

In this question:

Sample proportion: 46.1%

Margin of error: 5.63%.

Maximum value is the upper bound:

46.1+5.63 = 51.73

The maximum value of the confidence interval for this set of survey results is 51.73%.
