For a slope-intercept form, you only have the data of the slope and the y-intercept. On the other hand, for a point-slope form, you have data on the slope and one point. It is sometimes useful to make use of the latter <span>because in this form, you can graph the equation using only one point. You can also see a point included on the line.</span>
