The <u>positive stress</u> is that stress that generates motivation, excitement, etc. Usually this type of stress lasts a short time.
While negative stress is the opposite. It is a stress generated by a situation that a person cannot control or does not know how to solve. It can cause concern to the point of physically ill the person who owns it.
