- Thinking to yourself: "Is it going to rain or hail?"

- Spinning a spinner and seeing what color it lands on.

- Probability in winning the lottery.

- Having 5 pairs of black shoes and one pair of yellow shoes.

I need help to reduce these numbers i need help please
valina [46]
All you have to do is understand what fraction it is and reduce it. So first you have to figure out what the word reduce means and the word means another to figuring it out in its lowest terms and for example, your fraction 2/24 can be reduced in its simplest terms 1/12 and the way i did that was that i'd had to divide both the numerator and denominator by 2 because I know that both the numerator and denominator are divisible by 2 and so if you divide you get 1/16 and that's how you reduce fractions and so follow this procedure and you'll get everything correct.

What is f(-1)? Show your work.

Question 4 options:
adelina 88 [10]
F(-1) = 3

How did I figure this out?

f(-1) is substituted for f(x) so you must look at -1 on the x axis.

Once you've located -1 on the x-axis, locate what it equals to answer the question.

The answer should be the y-axis number that corresponds to -1 which is 3.
