D. changing who you are is not a positive strategy for improving self esteem. Choosing good friends, improving self image, and strengthening integrity are all positive.
Start focusing on yourself, take a shower, paint, workout, that’s all taking care of yourself. it will take awhile and i know it’s hard but try little by little doing these things. :)
