The concept of internal human stability which is also a central concept of human physiology which you're talking about/asking a question about would be homeostasis. By a homeostatis we're talking about a very narrow interval of functioning in which people function best and have optimal working efficiency.

In what way do kinetochore microtubules facilitate the process of splitting the centromeres? they phosphorylate the centromere,
Ugo [173]
The answer is ‘they create tension by pulling toward opposite poles’. Kinetochores change between persistent phases of movement towards the pole (poleward) or inversed (anti-poleward), which are coupled with alternating states of kMTs (kinetochore microtubules) depolymerization and polymerization, respectively. A low tension at kinetochores promotes change towards kMTs depolymerization, and high tension promotes change towards kMTs polymerization.

Planet y takes 57 years to orbit the sun. what is its distance from the sun
WINSTONCH [101]
Astronomers use the distancebetween Earth and sun, which is 93 million miles, as a new unit of measure called the Astronomical Unit. It is defined to be exactly 1.00 for the Earth-Sun orbit distance, and we call this distance 1.00 AUs.

Im not sure but i did find this answer: patient is most likely to be suffering from diabetic nephropathy.

Explanation:

Three major histological changes occur in the glomeruli of pateints with diabetic nephropathy. First, mesangial expansion is directly induced by hyperglycaemia, possibly through increased matrix production or glycation of matrix proteins. Second, thickening of the glomerular basement membrane (GBM). Third, glomerular sclerosis is caused by intraglomerular hypertension (brought by dilatation of the afferent renal artery or from ischemic injury induced by hyaline narrowing of the vessels supplying the glomeruli).  The important change in diabetic glomerulopathy is increase of extracellular matrix. The earliest morphological anomaly in diabetic nephropathy is the thickening of the glomerular basement membrane and expansion of the mesangium due to the accumulation of extracellular matrix.
