Answer:d. Probably not. Intack does a significant amount of business in New Jersey and can reasonably expect to be sued there.

Explanation:

If the business operates in that city or state it is always easy to have the case dealt with there where they have their businesses running. It may be easy to gather more evidence and any proof needed to guide that case.
