Giving the following information:

Krazy Kayaks sells its entry-level kayaks for $750 each. Its variable cost is $500 per kayak. Fixed costs are $25,000 per month for volumes up to 1,100 kayaks. Above 1,100 kayaks, monthly fixed costs are $60,000.

Sales= 2,500*750= 1,875,000

COGS= (500*2,500)= (1,250,000)

Gross profit= 625,000

Fixed costs= (60,000)

Net operating income= 565,000

Maybe never because Term insurance isn't always there when you need it. Also you can only get term at certain points in your life. Whereas whole life is always available.

garri49 [273]

Answer:

Explanation:

Cash budget for Pasadena Candle Inc.

Month                Purchased          Paid

August               $40,000             $16,000

September        $36,000             $38,400

Calculations:

Month ending payment in September = 60 % x August purchases + 40 % x September purchases  = 0.60 x $ 40,000 + 0.40 x $ 36,000

 = $ 24,000 + $ 14,400 = $ 38,400
