Stop eating bread and pasta.

Gluten sensitivity or intolerance is a condition that causes a person to react after ingesting gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley and rye. Symptoms vary widely and can include gastrointestinal problems, joint pain, fatigue and depression. The most extreme form of gluten intolerance is Celiac disease which causes damage to the lining of your gut if gluten is ingested. There are now gluten free foods and drinks available to buy. Anyone with a gluten sensitivity needs to readdress their diet completely.
