D. is right as in the begginig is stated that there is water available and the soil is fertile with basically means natural resorces (the 2 most important at least). And there is few captal invested (few interpreneurs interested then) and not enough info to say that there is human resourses (but we can infer that there aren't as it's not a well developed economical sector in the country. So only D is right. Hope it helped. Toodles

Herzberg's theory of motivating factors called _____________________________ cause dissatisfaction if missing, but do not motiva
vodomira [7]

Herzberg's theory of motivating factors which is called hygiene factors causes dissatisfaction if missing, but will not motivate employees if increased.

Herzberg's theory of motivating factors is also called the Two-Factor theory. The two-factor theory states that job satisfaction and job dissatisfaction both exist with their own set of factors. According to Herzberg motivators help to increase job satisfaction and lack of hygiene factors helps to reduce job satisfaction.

Herzberg states that hygiene factors are extrinsic to the job and require to be present to avoid dissatisfaction. These factors rather than dealing with the job directly help to make the job easier if they are present. The factors are interpersonal relations, company policies, and administration. The relationship with the superiors and good working conditions are also very important.
