Explanation:

Strength Training is one of the methods of training in which resistance techniques are used to build muscle contractions, which would make the muscles in the body and produces strength for it.

Weight Training is normally associated with the strength training.

There are several myths associated with the strength training which are not actually true. Some of these are as follows:

One can only get strength by lifting heavy weights. This is not correct. Strength can be gained by using small weights as well by doing the resistance training with the weights.

Women think that they will look manly if they do this training. This is absolutely wrong. Doing strength training will tone their bodies, eliminate fats and make muscles by converting their lose body fat into firm tight body muscle.

It is thought that lifting more is not necessarily better. So if a person makes stamina and can lift more weights, he can have more muscle endurance.
