Assuming It is Iron (II)

Na2CO3 + Fe(CLO2) --> FeCO3 + Na2(CLO2)

FeCO3 forms a precipitate in aqueous solution

(2Na+) + (Fe2+) + (CLO2(2-)) + (CO3(2-)) --> FeCO3 + (2Na+) + (CLO2)(2-)) 

Sodium and Chlorite ions become spectator ions as they do not form precipitates on both sides of equations

(Fe2+) + (CO3(2-)) --> FeCO3
