Is the perimeter and area of the square always the same?
avanturin [10]
I think it would be because say you have a square and all the sides are 4. If you add all the sides you would get 16 for the perimeter. If you do 4 x 4 you would get 16 as the area. So i think they are the same but i am sometimes stupid so dont just take my word on it.
Hope this helps! :)

Naoya read a book cover to cover in a single session, at a rate of 555555 pages per hour. After 444 hours, he had 350350350 page
natali 33 [55]

Answer:

y=-55x+570

Step-by-step explanation:

The correct question is

Naoya read a book cover to cover in a single session, at a rate of 55 pages per hour. After 4 hours, he had 350 pages left to read.

Let y represent the number of pages left to read after x hours.

Complete the equation for the relationship between the number of pages left and number of hours.

Let

x -----> the time in hours

y ----> the number of pages left to read

we know that

The linear equation in point-slope form is equal to

y-y1=m(x-x1)

In this problem we have

m=-55\frac{pages}{hour} ----> is negative because the linear function is decreasing

point\ (4,350)

substitute

y-350=-55(x-4)

y-350=-55x+220

y=-55x+220+350

y=-55x+570

The measure of the unknown angles in the kite are as follows;

 • x = 66 degrees
 • y = 158 degrees

How to find the measure of a kite?

A kite has two pairs of adjacent equal sides.

In other words, a kite is a quadrilateral that has 2 pairs of equal-length sides and these sides are adjacent to each other.

One pair of opposite angles is equal. Diagonals are perpendicular to each other.

A kite has four interior angles and the sum of these interior angles is 360°

Therefore, the measures of the

x = 66 degrees.

Let's find y.

y = 360 - 70 - 66 - 66

y = 158 degrees.
