Osteoporosis is the major cause of bone compression.

Osteoporosis occur when the human bone becomes weaker due to ageing leading to bone loss or weakness of the bone.

Osteoporosis does not only affect older women it also affect those that have insufficient calcium as calcium is important for the bone as it help to build and maintain a stronger bone.

The  major symptoms of Osteoporosis is:

•Fracture of the bone

•Loss of height

•Back pain etc
