11+3p-7=6p+5-3p

combine like terms

11-7 +3p = 6p -3p +5

4 +3p = 3p +5

subtract 3p from each side

4 = 5

since 4 does not equal 5

there is no solution

If the side length of a square pyramid is triple and the slant height is divided by 5 what would be the formula to find the modi
valentina_108 [34]
If the original side length is "s" and the original slant height is "h", the original surface area is
.. S = (base area) +(lateral area)
.. S = s² +(1/2)*(4s)*h
.. S = s(s +2h)

Now, if we make these replacements: s ⇒ 3s, h ⇒ h/5, we have
.. S' = (3s)(3s +2h/5)
.. S' = 9s² +(6/5)s*h . . . . . . . the formula for the modified area (in terms of original dimensions)

_____
Of course, in terms of the modified dimensions, the formula is the same:
.. S' = s'(s' +2h')

If two cards are drawn out of a deck WITH replacement, what's the probability that you draw a red card and then an Ace? ** Remem
katen-ka-za [31]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

The probability of drawing a red card is 1/2, since half of the cards in a deck are red. The probability of drawing an ace from a deck is 1/13, since there is an equal chance to pick any of the 13 numbers.

P(red card and ace)= P(red card)*P(ace)=1/2 * 1/13=1/26
