Lifestyle signifies the manner in which one lives, that is, one's preference, interest, and behavior. Including lifestyle activities into a fitness program will enhance the success of the program. Both lifestyle and behavior are the essential elements in physical fitness. Every person can monitor their behavior and lifestyle and thus can influence their physical fitness by making different choices.  

Both the lifestyle and behavior can influence physical fitness, either negatively or positively on the basis of the choices made. Smoking cigarettes, consuming fast food, skipping breakfast, preventing physical activity are the behaviors that exhibit negative influences on the level of one's physical fitness.  

The behaviors, which exhibit positive effects are consuming more vegetables and fruits, exercising regularly, preventing junk food, and having adequate rest and sleep.
