Answer:

Lifestyle signifies the manner in which one lives, that is, one's preference, interest, and behavior. Including lifestyle activities into a fitness program will enhance the success of the program. Both lifestyle and behavior are the essential elements in physical fitness. Every person can monitor their behavior and lifestyle and thus can influence their physical fitness by making different choices.

Both the lifestyle and behavior can influence physical fitness, either negatively or positively on the basis of the choices made. Smoking cigarettes, consuming fast food, skipping breakfast, preventing physical activity are the behaviors that exhibit negative influences on the level of one's physical fitness.

The behaviors, which exhibit positive effects are consuming more vegetables and fruits, exercising regularly, preventing junk food, and having adequate rest and sleep.

B:

The fight or flight response is an automatic physiological reaction to an event that is perceived as stressful or frightening. The perception of threat activates the sympathetic nervous system and triggers an acute stress response that prepares the body to fight or flee. These responses are evolutionary adaptations to increase chances of survival in threatening situations. Overly frequent, intense, or inappropriate activation of the fight or flight response is implicated in a range of clinical conditions including most anxiety disorders. A helpful part of treatment for anxiety is an improved understanding of the purpose and function of the fight or flight response. This client information sheet describes the bodily consequences of the fight or flight response.

She should really have it checked out by a doctor, preferably a dermatologist. It could very well be fine, but it could also be a symptom of a serious medical condition. Those kinds of things tend to differ between individuals, so I suggest she has it examined.
