In this particular case, the patient is not breathing but has a pulse, the emergency system (EMS) is activated, we have to   placed him in an appropriate position by opening the airway, mouth-breathing is given, and cardiac massages should be started, to treat that good blood reach vital tissues.

The clinical condition of this person deserves the urgent use of a cardiac defibrillator.
