The militarism manifests itself through militarization and military expansion.

Explanation:

The militarism is more often than not highly dangerous, not just for the country that is involved in it but also for the region or even the whole world. Basically, the militarism means that a country is investing heavily into military equipment and development of it, as well as increasing the number of military personnel. The more dangerous aspect of it is that the purpose of this is to expand through attacking neighboring countries or countries that are seen as rivals.

On numerous occasions there has been situations like this, often with catastrophic consequences. One example is Nazi Germany which terrorized Europe. Japan too massacred East and Southeast Asia. The United States and the Soviet Union engaged in this process after the World War too and it pushed the world into the Cold War which almost escalated to a new world war.

Gemiola [76]

Answer:

The weight column in an EFE Matrix must add up to:

  • E. 1.0

Explanation:

EFE Matrix stands for External Factor Evaluation Matrix.

It is an analysis tool used in to strategic planning.

The EFE Matrix shows the opportunities and threats of a company.

Both opportunities and threats are external factors.

The information is summarized in a table with two sections (opportunities and threats) and three columns: weight, a rate and a weighted score.

The format of the EFE matrix is:

Factor Weight Rate Weighted Score

            Opportunities

1 . xxxxxxxxxxxxxx W₁ R₁ S₁

2. xxxxxxxxxxxxx W₂ R₂ S₂

3. xxxxxxxxxxxxx W₃ R₃ S₃

         Threats

4. xxxxxxxxxxxxxx W₄ R₄ S₄

5. xxxxxxxxxxxxx W₅ R₅ S₅

The number of rows is not limited. Each opportunity or threat if product of an analysis.

The weights, (W₁, W₂, W₃, W₄, W₅, . . .) represent the relative importance of the particular opportunity of threat has for the company to succeed in the market. The minimum importance is 0.0 and the maxium is 1.0

The weights must be assigned such that the sum of all the weights equal 1.0.

Alexandra [31]

Encoding and written are the correct answers, respectively.

The communication process is made up of encoding and decoding processes. Encoding is the process used to turn thoughts into communication through a 'medium'. This medium can be either an e-mail, a phone call, a text message, or a face-to-face meeting. Thus, in this situation, we can say that Shelly engaged in the encoding process using a written medium, which was the e-mail she sent Susan.
