Answer with Explanation

Social relations play a major role in health. There are many dangers of being isolated. It may increase the possibilities of mental illness such as depression, social anxiety disorder, immobility, low self-esteem etc. Researches have revealed that social segregation improves the chance of death by at least 50%, and in some states, by more than 90%. Moreover, some investigations propose that the influence of isolation on health and death are comparable to the risk affected by high blood pressure, obesity, and smoking. It is expected that a reduction of social communications can impose stress on our brains that have an unfavorable impact on health. The conclusions point to the evidence that social segregation contributes to bad health.

Vitek1552 [10]
The question is asking why the same exercise program might conform to the principle of overload for one person but not for another?. Another, simpler way of asking this is : do exercise programs have the same effects on different people? Do different people need to pay attention to different conditions? The answer is: yes, and that's because different people have different levels of physical fitness at the beginning of the regine, so some people might be able to endure harsher exercise than others.
