The philosophy of  Shifu that helped to inspire or impact his martial arts training is that both life and martial arts are vast hence an individual should not limit oneself. This made him  to train harder and get more involved in martial arts.

They become extremely skinny due to the malnourished and can become addicted to counting calories. While people with Bulimia might binge eat and later purge out the food, or excessive excessive to try to not gain any weight.
