Answer:
y-y₁ = -3(x-x₁)

First of all, when you start an equation with a slope, since the question gave the slope -3, I'm not sure what your looking for, but I'll give you an example

Example:
y-y₁ = m(x-x₁)
m = -3
y₁ = ? - I'll just put a random # = -1
x₁ = ? - I'll just put a random # = 5
y-(-1) = (-3)(x-(5))
y+1 = -3x+15 - I'm guessing

Write the equation of a line that
goes through the point (-2, 3)
with a slope of 2.
bezimeni [28]

Answer:

y = 2x + 7

Step-by-step explanation:

y = mx + b The point (-2,3) gives us an x value and a y value that we can use. We are also give the slope (m). All we need to do is figure out the b (y-intercept) value.

y = mx + b

3 = 2(-2) + b

3 = -4 + b Add for to both sides

7 = b We know have every thing that we need to write the equation. We have the slope (m) which is 2 and the b (y-intercept) that we just figured out is 7

y = 2x + 7

May you please help me figure out every angle?
djyliett [7]

Answer:

<D = 82°

<E = 49°

<F = 49°

Step-by-step explanation:

This is an isosceles triangle because two of the sides are the same length which means the 2 bottom angles are the exact same which means we can set them equal to each other to solve for it.
