Answer: The y intercept (3) goes 3 up in the y axis.

To find the slope (rise/run), we start from the point we found at the y intercept ( which is 3). So we rise 1 (from the 3), and run 5.

(always run to the right)

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

when u have a fraction and u have to graph it if the numerator is a positive it means to move up 1 unit on your graph

when u have a positive in your denominator it means to go right 5 units on your graph.

the y intercept is 3. so that's where it will go on your graph.

If this doesn't explain much i can graph it for you and show you

Given
Present investment, P = 22000
APR, r = 0.0525
compounding time = 10 years
Future amount, A

A. compounded annually
n=10*1=10
i=r=0.0525
A=P(1+i)^n
=22000(1+0.0525)^10
=36698.11

B. compounded quarterly
n=10*4=40
i=r/4=0.0525/4
A=P(1+i)^n
=22000*(1+0.0525/4)^40
=37063.29

Therefore, by compounding quarterly, she will get, at the end of 10 years investment, an additional amount of
37063.29-36698.11
=$365.18
