These syringe will be passed from one person to another which shares the same needle that can be a reason of transmitting the virus. Sexual activity is the most common and happens when the person you are interacting has HIV, then you will get it from that contaminated person.</span>
I'm not certain of what the options are, but hypertension is when one develops a high-blood pressure while exercising, so something like stretching, walking, swimming, and cycling would be beneficial (or anything low in intensity.)
