A practical benefit of Content curation  is that it requires little in the way of resources

Explanation:

Content curation is the skill of assembling analogous, related topic and presenting it in an organized manner. It does not developing original content but collecting the related and relevant content from various resources and specifying in a sequential and well-designed that suits the taste and preferences of the online viewers.

Videos, articles and website which we often book ark are types of content curation which we do without exactly knowing it in depth. Curated content differs drastically from content creation. What are reasons for why the federal government should have more power the state governments? State over federal?
densk [106]

Federal Government > State Government

The rationale for this is that we live in a global world and need collective responses to global challenges. Instead of there being a Utah response and a Virginia response to the need for more STEM graduates, there should be a US response. Economies of scale also come into play. It can cost less and be more efficient to have resources centralized.

State Government > Federal Government

America was founded after a revolution rejected a strong central monarchy and America needs to continue to honor that by allowing citizens in Utah to have different approaches than Virginia. When convenient, the states can choose to collectively band together on issues like defense but that should be the exception and not the rule.

In which case did the u.s. supreme court pronounce the balancing test, meaning that courts must balance the rights of inmates ag
Mrac [35]

The U.S Supreme Court pronounced the balancing test in the Turner v. Safley case. The balancing test means that the courts must balance the rights of inmates against the penological concerns of security and order.

In this case, the U.S Supreme Court upheld broad restriction on inmate-to-inmate correspondence and, in the process, reaffirmed its commitment to a deferential standard in prisoner speech cases.

In Justice O’Connor’s opinion in Turner v. Safley, he identified four factors to consider when applying this standard:

  • Whether or not there is a valid, rational link between the regulation and the governmental interest advanced to justify it;
  • Whether inmates are left with alternative means of exercising the right that the regulation restricts;
  • Whether accommodating the asserted right would have a significant ripple effect on fellow inmates or prison staff;
  • And whether there is a ready alternative to the regulation that fully accommodates the asserted right at a minimal cost to valid penological interests.
