Now, this is simple. So, if you see 2 go to 6, how would you get 2 to 6? You would multiply by 3. This means that you would do the same for all sides. When you do this, that means that y = 6/3, x = 3/3, and x = 3/3

So, the ratio would be 3

Solve to find x 3/4 (5x-3) + 8 = 17
Talja [164]

Answer:

3

Step-by-step explanation:

3/4 (5x -3)+8=17

3/4 (5x -3) = 17 - 8 = 9

(5x -3) = 9 * (4/3)= 36/3 = 12

5x = 12 + 3 = 15

x = 3
