We have to re write second equation so that terms in the system align.

In equation (1),

In equation (2)

term with y variable is in LHS and term with x variable & constant term in RHS.

So, we bring term with x variable form RHS to LHS in equation (2).

we get

2y - 3x  = -22

Now rearranging,

-3x + 2y = -22

Therefore, Answer is <u>-3</u> x + <u>2</u> y = <u>-22</u>
