Hello. This question is incomplete. The complete question is:

"Which of these nutrients is best derived through diet? Check all that apply. A.vitamin D B.water C.calcium D.iron E.potassium "

Answer:

D.iron

Explanation:

Iron is a nutrient that is best derived through diet.

Iron is an essential nutrient for life and acts primarily in the synthesis (manufacture) of red blood cells and the transport of oxygen to all cells in the body. According to the expert, poor iron intake is much more common than you might think.

Eating habits are closely related to iron deficiency. Dieting with little dark leafy vegetables, little red meat, or many refined grains low in pulses (beans) usually provides little iron to our body. In addition, intestinal absorption of iron may be affected by a number of factors such as: excessive intake of calcium, copper, zinc (institutional interactions between nutrients), poor intake of vitamin C and protein, small intake of a type of iron called iron. Heme, present in the red meat.
