I am pretty sure every player would get 0.8 pieces of the 5 granola bar and for the picture you showed us about your question you divide each into 8 pieces (7 lines for each gronala bar)  and there you have your answer

Each teammate would get 1.25 one and a quarter granola bar,there are 4 players and 5 granola bars 5 - 4=1 so each would get one and one would be left and 1 ÷4 = 1/4 each player receives 1 and 1/4 granola bar

The price of a new car is 16000$ Mr Mar paid 15% of the price as a down payment how much does he still owe? (Please help and exp
Harlamova29_29 [7]
Ok 15% is 0.15 in decimal form so you multiply 0.15 by 16000$ and get 2,400$ (the down payment not amount owed) you then subtract 2,400$ from 16,000$ and get 13,600$ which is how much he still owes

It is given that f(x) = 2x2 - 12x + 10.
Furkat [3]

Answer:

a = 2, b = - 3, c = - 8

Step-by-step explanation:

Expand f(x) = a(x + b)² + c and compare coefficients of like terms, that is

a(x + b)² + c ← expand (x + b)² using FOIL

= a(x² + 2bx + b²) + c ← distribute parenthesis by a

= ax² + 2abx + ab² + c

Compare like terms with f(x) = 2x² - 12x + 10

Compare coefficients x² term

a = 2

Compare coefficients of x- term

2ab = - 12, substitute a = 2

2(2)b = - 12

4b = - 12 ( divide both sides by 4 )

b = - 3

Compare constant term

ab² + c = 10 , substitute a = 2, b = - 3

2(- 3)² + c = 10

18 + c = 10 ( subtract 18 from both sides )

c = - 8

Then a = 2, b = - 3, c = - 8
