I am not sure on what to do on this question but I think that if Li eats healthy and exercises theroughly then I think that she won't have to worry about her diet anymore.
I also think that if she can take all the stress out of her body then that can also lower her body weight!
Eating healthy and exercizing and drinking the right amount of liquids will help keep her body in shape!!!

Answer: Exercise is important because it helps you be fit when you want to be.If you don't want to go out to exercise you can stay home and jog round your garden, run up and down your stairs and many more.
Food is also part of your exercise if you keep eating unhealthy foods you are exercising for nothing.These foods are what u need to eat:

-stews
some unhealthy things are okay but not a lot, if you eat too much you could be exercising for nothing and it could make you ill.
