You need to do like this:
$\frac{no.}{100} = \frac{is}{of}$
Plug the numbers into the formula:
$\frac{82}{100} = \frac{90}{?}$ because they said is 90  and of what?
Multiply diagnally: 100 × 90 = 9000 ÷ 82 ≈ 109.76
