Vitamin D deficiency: Bones not normally hardened and become bent or twisted.

Niacin (B3) Deficiency: Inflammation of the mouth, sores around the mouth, red and thickened skin, diarrhea, vomiting, etc.

Deficiency Disease: Abnormal conditions due to the absence of specific substances usually found in a normal diet.

Vitamin B1 Deficiency:  fatigue, depression, irritability, low blood pressure, lose of appetite.

Vitamin C Deficiency: Sustainable to infection, partial or complete blindness, unhealthy skin

Vitamin A deficiency:  Weakness, bleeding into tissues, excessive bruising, softening of bones.

I'm almost 100% sure that these are correct, I spent the past half hour researching.

How was your experience from changing a baby’s diaper? A question from my health class assignment.

Answer:

It was not the most pleasant. Its hard to keep the baby still when they are trying to move around, and you have to do it in a quickly manner because you never know when they will go again and the screaming causes a headache. You also have to make sure the diaper is strapped correctly you dont want the baby to form a rash. It can be awful when it has gone through the diaper onto the cloths having to change them completely and wash them.
