Answer: Constructive relationships helps in strengthening relationships. It promotes healthy relationship between husband, wife, parents, friends and family. As a result, it will make a person happier and stress free. When people around the person are supportive and happy, the person would remain motivated and will result in having a good mental health

On the other hand, destructive relationships destroys a person in a way that it makes his/her life miserable. It makes a person negative and depressed. It not only destroys mental health but also physical health.

Describe the effects that the speed of an exercise has on the intensity of cardiovascular exercise
ankoles [38]

The speed of an exercise has a lot to do with the intensity of cardiovascular exercise.

The more the speed of an exercise is the greater intensity of the workout is and the more you sweat. However after a certain time you get fatigued and tired out.

For example, if you had planned to do an exercise for 30 minutes and you increase the speed of the exercise then probably you might not be able to complete the 30 mins as youll get fatigued before that time due to the high intensity.

Pavel [41]

Answer:

B

Explanation:

These are mostly used to treat pain, and are highly addictive if abused. Opioids temporarily reduce pain and anxiety. They create a sense of numbness in the body and mind. High doses can create a short-lived feeling of euphoria and drowsiness, but lead to a habit that can develop in addiction.
